The Awaiting Voice: By Lene Ododomu The Poem I disbelieved the rumour The rumour that says, that the retired parish priest has joined the eru worshipers. The parish priest that almost died in the cold hot bloody hands of the eru worshipers. I remember how he was sav'd by God and the church when these people persecuted him. I remember how he was mock'd by these people, that his administration was Nigeria's problem. Then they protested with the name of CHANGE and retired him. So what is so special in these people that made him to join them? Even though he is coming back again, not with the name of eru, but the name of God....the creator. He was honored for being a faithful servant to God after his retirement. And the whole world prais'd him for that. He was made ...
