As the neo-colonialists are best described in Ngugi's Devil on the Cross, he was one of the corrupt and bad African leaders who copied the mentality of the Europeans to control the affairs of his fellow Africans unfairly. The organic problem of Africa today and Nigeria in particular, is this course and it is an inherited bane that is difficult to vomit without swallowing it back.
